Warm weather is teasing New England again. I spent some time cutting down trees in my garden. It has been a couple of years since I was out there – and the trees have become somewhat substantial.

And last night my brain was on strike – quite by accident I stumbled upon some software that solves a very very large problem – how to track a large database of people and cats, while indexing handwritten documents without transcribing everything – told you my head was hurting. So, I did a crash course in the software package ACT and designed an huge system to keep track of all the rescued kitties and the money spent on them.

So, I finally opened that bottle of Cardinal Zin wine (the one with the Ralph Steadman label) which turns out to be very lubricating indeed, then wasted some time scanning more stamps from my collection- Literary Stamps Blog.
