In its never ending struggle to keep Amazon.com from making them completely irrelevant, Barnes & Noble.com will be once again open its website for further exploiting of used booksellers and third party vendors. Yet, in theory sellers must be currently in possession of such listed inventory and specifically outlaws the listing of “items that are in the possession of other suppliers.” Yeah right . . . how long’s THAT gonna last?
BTW riddle me this dear readers . . . WTF IS a SHIPPING CREDIT? Why do the vendor sites get to keep ANY percentage of the shipping fee it extorts from the end customers? Ostensibly it is a CHARGE FOR SHIPPING THINGS, therefore it should go to the people actually DOING THE FREAKING SHIPPING! damn ururers, mumble mumble, damn no account twisters . . . .
