I always always always buy craftsman or stanley tools because of the lifetime guarantee. I think a couple of other makers have that too but craftsman is easy. You just bring the broken tool to Sears and they replace it. But apparently they still have an open loophole, where you can bring in heavily USEd craftsman tools and get replacement tools. this and more was one haul from one guy who walked into sears…i suspect he had been picking them up at yardsales and was now replacing them with new. Why don’t I think of slimy things like this?
