and still another writer fessing up that there is a little more ‘fiction’ in his non-fiction than there should be:

A Lonely Planet travel writer Thomas Kohnstamm, who is likely to get a lot more lonely, who has worked on more than a dozen books for Lonely Planet, including Brazil, Colombia, the Caribbean, South America, Venezuela and Chile and now says he plagiarized and outright made up large sections.

color me surprised…. it’s not like that’s a lucrative occupation in the first place.
